Visit Novato, the city’s official tourism program, wanted to attract more visitors and boost hotel stays by showcasing the city’s boutique hotels, craft breweries, family-friendly activities, and outdoor adventures. Kiosk helped them create their first influencer marketing campaign that combined authentic storytelling with paid amplification, reaching new audiences and turning curiosity into measurable engagement.
While Visit Novato had existing social and paid media programs, their content lacked the authentic, word-of-mouth appeal that motivates travelers. The brand needed to reach beyond its followers with relatable stories that inspire people to actually visit.
