Twenty-one years ago, we made a promise to always look out for our people. Today, we’re incredibly proud that Kiosk has been named to the prestigious Ad Age Best Places to Work 2026 list.
The national ranking honors 50 companies in advertising and marketing that distinguished themselves over the past year, amid shifting brand priorities and the growing integration of artificial intelligence. Winners are selected based on a rigorous evaluation, including a detailed employer questionnaire and an anonymous employee survey.
For an independent agency like ours, this recognition is especially meaningful. It reflects the values we’ve championed since day one and continue to bring to life every day.
A culture of lifelong learning
Growth — both professional and personal — is core to who we are. We work closely with Kioskers to understand their goals and provide access to continuing education, training, and mentorship opportunities. “From our most experienced to our newest teammates, we find real joy in collaborating and learning from each other to help us all level up,” says Jenn Hagerman, VP, Agency Operations.
It’s through these everyday connections that Kioskers thrive in their careers. We take immense pride in creating an environment where everyone can be themselves and do their best work. “When different backgrounds meet around one idea, that’s where real creativity happens,” says Joe Silvestri, EVP, Client Partnerships.
A shared passion for giving back
Kioskers have a lot of heart for the world around us. We’re always finding ways to make a difference together, from redesigning a website for The Key Room to rolling up our sleeves in Homeward Bound of Marin’s gardens. “Our work has always been about creating moments that matter,” says David Neugebauer, EVP, Strategy. “That includes the moments we spend helping our community thrive.”
Not only do Kioskers choose the organizations we support, they also give back directly through Volunteer Time Off (VTO). This gives them the chance to make a real impact for a cause they care about, whether it’s cleaning up a local park or helping out a school in need.
A foundation of radical respect
Clients choose Kiosk again and again because of our people. That’s why we’re committed to fostering an environment built on collaboration, innovation, and, above all, respect for one another. “We hire adults and treat them that way,” says Molly Lazor, SVP, Group Account Director. “That’s where real collaboration begins.”
Work-life balance is part of that respect. Our benefits take care of our team’s entire well-being, giving them the energy and focus to move business forward. “When people feel seen and supported, the work shines through,” says Brynn Chapman, Creative Director, Copy.
We believe happy teams make happy clients, and it shows. As James Stewart, Director, Digital Marketing at SMU Cox, puts it, “Such great work and great folks. No surprise that you are a great place to work, too.”
A true commitment to people
We set out to build an agency that didn’t just promise to put people first — it actually did. By supporting Kioskers in their careers and their lives, we’ve been able to turn our people into our greatest strength, no matter what the industry throws our way. “If you give talented people clarity, flexibility, and respect, they’ll figure out how to navigate anything,” says Munir Haddad, CEO.
This recognition belongs to the Kioskers who pour their hearts and talent into everything they do. Because of you, we’ve built not just a great place to work, but a place where great work comes alive. Here’s to our incredible team and many more years of doing brilliant things together.
