From Forbes: “While some elements of the Biden administration’s higher education agenda have garnered more attention, a potentially game-changing higher education proposal has gone largely overlooked. In April, President Biden put forward a proposed $62 billion investment in evidence-based strategies to strengthen retention and graduation at institutions serving high numbers of low-income students. If Congress acts on this proposal, the College Completion Fund would help support the scaling of innovations in the areas such as affordability, teaching and learning, and holistic student supports.”
