It is easy to get two hiring pipelines flowing to a hiring manager. If you are using applicant tracking systems that continue to highlight education as a core data field for candidate profiles, those without a degree can seem like incomplete candidates even if the requirement was removed from the job description. How many companies are masking education completely? Few in my estimation.”
