When Covia sought to develop a new website that reflected their status as a category leader, the priority was clear: elevate accessibility and user experience, and help potential residents find the options that best met their needs and budget—especially during a pandemic that limited in-person visits.
To meet this challenge, Kiosk conducted a competitive analysis to identify opportunities for stronger, more comprehensive content that could better tell Covia’s story. We reimagined the user experience and site navigation to bring greater clarity to Covia’s residential offerings and introduced new features that highlighted programs serving the broader community. With Covia’s audience in mind, we also prioritized accessibility best practices throughout the site, from thoughtful font sizing and color contrast to code optimized for screen-reading software.
At a time when senior living organizations were navigating unprecedented challenges, Kiosk helped Covia present their offering online with clarity, warmth and purpose. And the results followed: in the first month after launch, pageviews rose by 28%, and average page load time improved by 25%, making the experience smoother and more engaging for every visitor.
